We're hiring HVAC Service Technicians with 3-5 years of experience. Position: Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $28.00-32.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Support the development of technicians through hands-on training and mentorship
- Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
- Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Universal card required
- Experience training or mentoring team members, strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions
