Compensation & ScheduleSpectrum AC offers strong earning potential with base pay plus performance incentives, allowing technicians to realistically earn $60,000 to $100,000+ annually depending on experience, productivity, and performance. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position starting at 8:00 AM, with rotating evening and weekend on-call opportunities.

About the RoleAs an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems including split systems, package units, and rooftop units. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot service issues, complete system startups, and assist with installations as needed. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in technical excellence, enjoys working independently, communicates professionally with customers, and wants long-term career growth with a stable company.
What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Perform preventative maintenance, complete accurate service documentation, communicate clearly with customers about system concerns and solutions, and uphold all company safety standards and professional service expectations.
