Job Description

YOUR DAY

As our Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll start each day ready to support customers and your team by performing seasonal inspections, contract maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You'll travel to various homes and job sites, troubleshoot real‑world issues, and ensure systems are running efficiently, all while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service that customers rely on.

YOUR HOURS

This full‑time position works daytime hours Monday–Friday, with typical shifts of 8–10 hours and some weekend on‑call rotation.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of HVAC experience
EPA Type II certification
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to perform the mental and physical duties of the job
Strong time management skills
Ability to follow system-based processes

A high school diploma or equivalent, along with additional certifications such as RMGA or NATE, is preferred.
