YOUR DAY

As our full-time Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance for our clients. You'll communicate clearly with customers, explaining system conditions, identifying repair or replacement needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your day-to-day will involve performing diagnostic tests, documenting work, and managing your time efficiently to deliver exceptional service. By combining your technical expertise with a client-focused approach, you'll play an essential role in ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Working smartphone with internet access
  • Strong work ethic and solid technical skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Comfortable with climbing, crawling, kneeling, and working in tight, confined spaces
  • Willingness to train and grow in customer service and technical areas
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Committed to work safely and reliably
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools
