What You'll DoDiagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
Recommend solutions that best serve customer needs
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking ForMinimum two years of residential HVAC service experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HVAC electrical and low-voltage systemsNATE Certification is beneficial
Ability to work independently and efficiently
