Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service

Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We're Looking ForMinimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience

Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plusEPA 608 certification is a plus

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
