QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN
- 4+ years of experience in HVAC service
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate well with customers
- Professional demeanor
DAY-TO-DAY AS A EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN
As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll be out in the field, bringing comfort to homeowners across San Antonio. Your day starts with a team huddle, where you'll review service calls and plan your route. Each job presents a new challenge-one moment, you're diagnosing a furnace issue, and the next, you're performing routine maintenance on an AC system. You'll troubleshoot problems, explain solutions to customers, and ensure every system is running at peak performance. Your professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor make all the difference, giving customers peace of mind and keeping their homes comfortable year-round.
YOUR SCHEDULE
When you join our heating and air conditioning service company in this full-time position, you will enjoy working a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
