Become a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician with The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay and help keep our clients' heating and air conditioning systems in tip-top shape. If you have problem-solving skills, a mechanical aptitude, and some sales abilities, keep reading to learn more!

As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll earn a base pay of $80,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and skills. We're offering a sign-on bonus for candidates with 5+ years of experience, and you can earn sales commission by upselling upgrades and equipment!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
Repairing residential and light commercial systems
Performing preventative maintenance
Maintaining professional customer communication
Providing equipment upgrade and replacement recommendations when appropriate

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
Customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
NATE certification
5+ years of experience - eligible for sign-on bonus
"Service MVP" experience
