Job Description

Christian Slayton Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning Albuquerque agency.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship building
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
Maintain accurate client and prospect records
Work closely with the agency team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

Sales experience preferred
Insurance experience preferred but not required
Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and stay organized
