Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Interior Painters - Occupied Homes
Location: Mauna Lani Resort, Kohala Coast, Big Island, Hawai'i
Project Duration: 20 months (Starting mid-January 2026)
We are seeking experienced interior painters to join our team for a long-term residential project within the Mauna Lani Resort community. This project involves work inside occupied homes, so professionalism and respect for homeowners is essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of interior painting experience
- Skilled in masking, rolling, cutting-in, painting, and cleanup
- Ability to work safely and confidently on step ladders and extension ladders
- Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a clean work environment
- Strong awareness of safety practices in occupied spaces
- Ability to keep pace with project schedules
- Must have your own painter's tools
About the Position:
- Full-time work on a 20-month project
- Work will take place in occupied residences, requiring care, cleanliness, and excellent communication
