In this role, youll play a vital part in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth loading, receiving, and storage of materials. Youll work closely with the warehouse team to maintain productivity and safety standards, helping deliver excellent service to our customers.What Youll Do: As an Experienced Load Builder and Yard Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for prepping and loading orders for will call and deliveries, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining organized storage of construction materials such as drywall, insulation, and tools. You will operate forklifts efficiently to stock materials, manage the yard, and ensure a safe and clean work environment. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service. You will also help keep the yard tidy and organized to support seamless operations.What Youll Bring: The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of forklift experience with certified forklift operation. You must be able to lift 75+ pounds consistently, follow instructions precisely, and work well within a team. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
