Job Description
Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking an Experienced Luxury Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team in Roanoke, VA. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the finance and insurance (F&I) processes, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our luxury clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive F&I, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle finance and insurance processes with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide expert guidance to customers on finance and insurance products tailored to luxury vehicles
- Maintain thorough knowledge of luxury automotive finance and insurance products and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of all finance and insurance transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior F&I automotive experience is a must - this is not an accounting nor an Insurance sales position
- CDK / Darwin / ELeads experience is preferred but not required
- Luxury / high-line experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent closing skills are a must
- Valid driver’s license
