Position: Masonry ForemanLocation: Western New YorkCompany: Paint of WNYPaint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong masonry skills, jobsite management experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead masonry crews on daily jobsite operations

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards

Train and mentor crew members

Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors

Perform masonry work as needed, including brick, block, stone, and restoration projects

Qualifications5+ years of masonry experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred

Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and restoration techniques

Ability to read construction plans and specifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
