The experienced Paralegal will be primarily responsible for managing third-party foreclosure sales and supporting all related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the foreclosure process, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex transactions with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires excellent mathematical skills, a knack for drafting legal documents, and the ability to navigate challenging interactions with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee third-party sales, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.Coordinate and manage all aspects of foreclosure sales, including pre-sale preparations and post-sale processes.Prepare and file legal documents related to foreclosure sales, such as motions, official notices, deeds, transfer/closing documents and miscellaneous correspondence

Conduct thorough post-sale title clearance and address any issues that arise.Analyze payment histories to calculate maximum bids, final figures and manage financial aspects of transactions.Organize and oversee auctions for co-op properties, ensuring all procedural requirements are met.Facilitate negotiations between involved parties, including attorneys, third-party buyers, and other stakeholders.Manage challenging interactions and maintain professional relationships with all parties involved.Ability to maintain a high volume of e-mails and large caseload while meeting deadlines
