* Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records

* Creating detailed medical and factual chronologies

* Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files

* Compiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases

* Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files

* Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services

* Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes

* Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms

* Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials

* Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications

* Performing additional duties as neededKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize

* Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments

* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

* Willingness to learn and adapt as new skills are required

* Dedication to fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperationJob Requirements:

* 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree required

* Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred

Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000
