Candor Pest Control is seeking an experienced Pest Management Specialist to join our growing team. We are a family-owned, customer-focused company that believes exceptional service is the foundation of long-term success.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential pest control services and inspections
- Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate treatment solutions
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records using company software
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
- Manage a service route efficiently and professionally
- Represent the Candor brand with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional pest control experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain Idaho licensing requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage a route
- Ability to pass a background check
