Photograph Work That Matters
At Park Hill Fine Art Portraits, we create artwork that families display in their homes for generations. Our photographers don't just capture images. They guide clients through an emotional portrait experience and produce heirloom-quality artwork.
We are hiring a Photographer II, an experienced portrait photographer who can confidently lead sessions from start to finish while maintaining the artistic and client experience standards our brand is known for.
This role is ideal for a photographer who is technically skilled, comfortable directing people, and excited to work inside a luxury studio environment where details and professionalism matter.
What You'll Do
- Lead portrait sessions independently for families, children, and pets.
- Execute full shot lists while maintaining Park Hill posing and lighting standards.
- Direct clients confidently and create a relaxed, polished studio experience.
- Ensure wardrobe, hair, glasses, and pet handling details are managed during sessions.
- Deliver complete image sets that meet required image counts and artistic standards.
- Maintain efficient post-session workflow including file transfer and image organization.
- Model professionalism and support the growth of developing photographers on the team.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional photography experience
- Strong working knowledge of studio lighting and posing
- Experience directing clients during portrait sessions
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active during sessions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
Portfolio submission required with application

- Sessions completed with full image count
- Technical and artistic quality score of 95%+
- Brand standard checks completed every session (hair, clothing, glasses, leashes)
- Client interaction score of 99%+
- Reshoot rate below 1%
- Consistent execution of Park Hill client experience standards
