Experienced Plumber

$50-$60 per hour | Portland, OR | Company vehicle provided

With over 50 years of trusted service in the Portland area, Sun Glow Inc. has built a reputation for quality and reliability in HVAC. As we continue to grow, we're expanding into plumbing services and are looking for skilled professionals to help build this next chapter of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company as we expand our service offerings. As an Experienced Plumber, you'll play a key role in developing our plumbing division while working in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Role Overview

In this position, you will handle a wide range of plumbing responsibilities, including:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and hot water systems
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues across various fixtures and equipment
  • Completing both routine and complex service work independently
  • Assisting with the training and oversight of apprentices when needed

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with overtime as needed)

Compensation: $50-$60/hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
  • At least 3 years of plumbing experience
  • Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using tablets and digital tools in the field
  • Prior experience training or supervising others is a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
