White Plumbing, Heating & Air, located in Springfield, MO, is currently seeking a full-time Experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. We pay our Experienced Plumbing Service Technicians a minimum of $800 per week, with the potential to exceed $2,000 weekly, based entirely on performance. There is no cap on earnings - the more you do, the more you earn! Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- 2+ yrs experience REQUIRED, preferred 3yrs+

- Experience using ServiceTitan software (preferred)

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position, working between 8 AM and 5:00 PM. Our service plumbers have a 1-hour lunch break and are part of an on-call rotation. In this role, you'll:
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues with a focus on precision and quality
- Assess problems, determine the most effective solutions, and execute repairs efficiently
- Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions while ensuring clear, respectful communication
- Use your technical expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively manage workload
