Seeking Experienced HVAC Install professionals with great attitudes.Job Requirements:

Positive Attitude
Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
Must be a craftsman of our trade
Professional appearance
Excellent communicator
Desire to learn, grow, and be the best in this industry
Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv installation processes
Proficient at installing HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
Clean background with no felonies
Drug free
Clean driving record
Valid Texas driver's license
Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Ability to work within a team environment

Hiring Process: Typically a 1-2 week process

Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
Upon a successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview
All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessments
FIT Interview(s) with team members
Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
