Experienced Residential HVAC InstallerGarber Heating & Air Conditioning Morton and Surrounding Areas (Tazewell, Peoria, Bloomington)$22 - $30 per hour depending on experience

We're known for our quality installations and taking great care of both our customers and our team members.We are currently hiring an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing quality work and wants a long-term career with a respected local company.Compensation and BenefitsHourly pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Family Health Insurance Plan (Company pays 75%)Employer-contributed Simple IRAPaid Time Off / Vacation PayPaid HolidaysSupportive, family-friendly work environment

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed)What You'll DoInstall residential heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards

Work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment

Perform system testing, air balancing, and proper startup procedures

Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service

Represent the company professionally on every installation

Requirements3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience

Strong knowledge of gas pipe, refrigeration piping, duct systems, and sheet metal practices

Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
