Residential HVAC Service Technician

$70,000 - $100,000 annually | Local Service Area | Company Van Provided

Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $32.00 - 39.00 hourly + spiffs (total annual earnings of $70,000 - $100,000)

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Support the development of technicians through hands-on training and mentorship
Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service
Must be age 21 or older
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions

Desired Qualifications:

NATE Certification
EPA Universal
Experience training or mentoring team members is strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
