Job Description
Immediate opening for Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Wright Heating and Cooling, a name known for trust and integrity for almost 75 years.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing residential HVAC equipment, with clear understanding of sequence of operations and system performance. Customer service and attention to customer's comfort needs and concerns is critical for success.

Compensation: $34.00 to $38.00 per hour, dependent upon experience + benefits
Work Hours: In general, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime

Required Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and company-insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Well-organized with the ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills
- Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Operate scissors, and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Possesses tools needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Completion of HVAC trade school - desired
