What We’re Looking For
Our Sales Department is seeking Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to contribute from day one. Ideal candidates bring proven automotive sales experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.
If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
Deliver engaging and knowledgeable vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions
Assist customers with completing sales and financing applications
Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain daily lot awareness by inspecting inventory and reporting issues
Support proper vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
Collaborate with management to achieve dealership sales goals
Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Sales experience REQUIRED
High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
Strong closing and objection-handling skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven
Competitive mindset with strong work ethic
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitally
