What You’ll Do

Recommend programs built around fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding
Educate customers on realistic expectations (food, water, sunlight)
Follow up with leads and current customers (this is where deals are won)
Build long-term relationships—not one-time sales
Work with production to ensure service aligns with what was sold
Meet with homeowners and evaluate lawn conditions

Who This Role Is For

You already understand turf—or you’re highly coachable and want to learn it
You’re comfortable talking to people and asking the right questions
You take ownership of your results and follow through
You don’t rely on pressure—you rely on clarity and trust

Ideal Backgrounds

Lawn care companies (Lawn Doctor, TruGreen, Weed Man, etc.)
Turf or agronomy-related experience
Spray technicians ready to grow into a higher-earning role
Sales professionals willing to learn turf quickly

Not the Right Fit

Landscaping / mowing-only backgrounds
Order-takers who wait for leads instead of working them
