We are hiring an experienced Sales Representative to support continued growth across Maryland. This role is designed for a salesperson who understands customer engagement and closing residential accounts.

The Role

- Sell directly to residential customers within an assigned Maryland territory - Leads provided - Conduct in-person consultations and close sales with homeowners - Represent the company with professionalism, consistency, and integrity

Ideal Candidate

- Residential sales experience - Good People Skills - Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-oriented - Confident communicator who builds trust quickly - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
