What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect vehicles and communicate repair recommendations clearly.
- Work alongside advisors and teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Continue developing your skills through training and certification opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred.
- Kia experience or Kia certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well in a team-focused environment.
