SCOPE/SUMMARY:

Training Program to instruct experienced Manufacturing Supervisors and Managers in the operation and production in the Aluminum Extrusion Industry.

Training and instructions will be given to ensure the employee knows how to ensure the Extruded Aluminum has been produced to the correct specifications: the correct length, the correct color, the correct size, and has no issues with the Quality of the Product.

The successful candidate will be given goals for housekeeping, safety, quality, Complete On Time Delivery and production.

Training and instructions will be given to ensure that the employee follows all company policies, practices and procedures in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must have had at least three years of experience working in a Supervisory or Management Role in a Manufacturing environment.

Experience working safely in a team oriented environment preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
