You'll work closely with the crew to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, making a tangible impact in the Marcola community.What You'll Do As a Tree Service Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Picking up debris and maintaining a clean job site throughout the day.*
- Performing tree trimming and pruning to support healthy growth and landscape aesthetics.*
- Loading tree branches, debris, and tools into trucks and trailers.*
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.*
- Operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools with safety in mind.*
- Supporting the crew with outdoor tasks and equipment handling as needed.*
- Following safety procedures and using proper personal protective equipment at all times.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift.*

- Physical strength and stamina to bend, stoop, twist, and lift as required.*
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.*
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.*
