Position Overview

Full-time and part-time positions are available in our elegant dining rooms, private dining spaces, and banquet facilities. Servers provide à la carte, banquet, and special event service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet members and guests warmly, anticipate needs, and deliver attentive, personalized service

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, including detailed special requests and dietary accommodations

- Expertly serve multi-course meals, wine pairings, and beverages with proper fine-dining etiquette and timing

- Carry trays (up to 8–10 entrees), serve plated meals, and manage tableside preparations when required

- Maintain impeccable table settings, side stations, and dining areas throughout service

- Memorize and articulately describe daily menus, chef specials, wine list highlights, and seasonal offerings

- Process member charges accurately using our POS system

- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service

- Assist with banquet setup, event service, and breakdown as needed

- Perform opening/closing side work and maintain cleanliness and organization

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of fine-dining, upscale restaurant, or private club/country club serving experience (required)

- Proven track record providing exceptional, anticipatory service to high-end clientele

- Thorough knowledge of fine-dining service sequences, wine service, and food & beverage pairing

- Polished, professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards

- Excellent communication skills with a warm, discreet, and gracious demeanor

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods and special events

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

- Alcohol service certification preferred (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent)

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift to 40 lbs.
