Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Express Car Wash Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, making sure we meet our goals on a monthly basis,and experience in managing car wash operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the car wash facility.
Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Familiar with DRB POS system.
At Wash Master we focus a lot on memberships and acheivng our monthly goal.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash weather its detail, express, or flex
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic understanding of car wash equipment and cleaning processes.

Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
