What You’ll Be Doing

Perform express oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, multi-point inspections, test batteries, change wipers, etc.
Identify routine maintenance needs and communicate clearly with customers
Work alongside experienced technicians, upgrading your skills in real time
Maintain high standards of service—Subaru owners expect the best, and so do we

What You Bring to the Team

Prior experience in express service (Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Take 5, or similar)
A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow
Strong communication and team-collaboration skills
A valid driver’s license and a long-term view toward technician development

Qualifications

Eagerness to learn, and improve
Entry-level qualifications preferred
Strong physical dexterity for working with tools
Collaborates well with others in a team setting
Strong communication skills
Punctual and reliable
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
