Guaranty Chevrolet is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership and department leadership-and we're looking for an experienced Expressed Service Advisor to help us build something great. With a renewed focus on strengthening our Fixed Ops department, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a dealership with a long-standing reputation and a future-focused team.
We're seeking a reliable, skilled Service Advisor with a solid foundation in automotive repair-dealership experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants from independent shops with strong tenure and a commitment to quality work.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for express customers, assisting with service inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Recommend services and repairs based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide accurate estimates and follow through on the completion of services
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns
- Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty
What You Bring:
- Sale experience in fast-paced environment. Dealership experience preferred but not required
- Experience selling maintenance products like BG or MOC or other products is preferred
- Set and pride in your work
- Strong communication and computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus-but not required
