Job Description
LPN or RN. The Nurse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Intermediate/Extended Care Unit within the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operational workflow. This role functions as part of the hospital system and works closely with the Director of Nursing to implement policies, manage staff, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The Nurse Manager serves as a leader, mentor, and resource for the unit, stepping in to provide direct patient care coverage when necessary.
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week Monday through Friday. On-call availability for staff support as needed
