Compensation:$80,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with homeowners to assess storm damage and provide expert advice on restoration solutions.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to offer the best solutions to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals that clearly outline the benefits of our services to homeowners.
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
- Ability to conduct thorough roof inspections and accurately assess storm damage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
