If you can sell retail and still work insurance deals when they come in-you're exactly who we're looking for.

Waddle Exteriors is hiring a well-rounded Exterior Sales Rep in the Des Moines market who can self-generate, close retail jobs, and capitalize on insurance opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Run appointments and close retail roofing, siding, and exterior projects
Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and local prospecting
Work insurance opportunities when available
Manage projects from sale to completion
Build long-term relationships and repeat business

What We're Looking For:

3–5+ years in exterior sales (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)
Proven production:
- $500K+ in retail sales (last 12 months)
- Insurance experience is a strong plus
Strong closer with ability to generate your own pipeline
Clean driving record + valid driver's license
High ownership mindset-this role rewards self-starters
