We offer EZ Street in large format by the ton and various sizes of packaged presentations
Silver Star Construction is seeking a full time Sales Representative for our EZ Street Asphalt product. Our employee-owned company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team for our projects in various locations throughout the OKC Metro and surrounding areas. Silver Star Construction is seeking an individual that aligns with our core values (Safety, Dependability, Relationships, Innovation, and Quality) and adheres to them daily.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and expand the EZ Street market in Oklahoma
- Build strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, utilities, and private clients
- Identify new opportunities and aggressively grow territory revenue
- Serve as the regional product expert and brand ambassador
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
Business Unit Ownership
- Own and operate the EZ Street Business Unit within your region
- Drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence
- Develop and execute strategic plans for regional expansion
Production Oversight
- Coordinate and oversee EZ Street production
- Ensure production schedules align with sales demand and customer commitments
- Work closely with plant operations to optimize efficiency
Quality Control
- Ensure all EZ Street product meets company and industry quality standards
- Monitor consistency, performance, and compliance
- Address and resolve product performance issues proactively
- Maintain quality documentation and reporting standards
Inventory Management
- Manage large format and packaged inventory levels
- Forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overproduction
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory systems
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Outside Sales (construction or building materials preferred)
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Ability to manage production, quality, and inventory processes
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Successful completion of background check
- College degree preferred, but experience and results matter most
