F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager

What You’ll Do• Assist customers with financing options and vehicle protection products that enhance their ownership experience• Structure retail, lease, and special finance transactions for maximum profitability and lender approval• Submit deals to lenders and secure financing approvals efficiently• Present and sell F&I products including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, tire and wheel protection, and other ownership products• Ensure every deal complies with dealership policies and all federal, state, and local regulations• Prepare, review, and complete finance contracts and supporting documentation accurately• Deliver paperwork and financing solutions professionally while creating a transparent customer experience• Monitor CIT, funding, and contract completion to ensure timely funding of all deals• Audit completed deals and identify opportunities to improve profitability and process efficiency• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on lender programs and compliance requirements• Complete all required certifications and ongoing training

Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience required• Proven track record of success in automotive finance and insurance• Strong understanding of dealership finance, compliance, and lending processes• Experience structuring deals for maximum profitability and approval rates• Knowledge of title laws, registration procedures, and compliance requirements• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills• Strong negotiation and closing abilities• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail• Professional appearance and positive attitude• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications• Experience with RouteOne and/or Dealertrack• Experience with prime, subprime, and lease financing• Strong lender network and relationship-building skills• Menu selling experience
