Responsibilities
- Present finance and protection products to customers
- Secure financing through a network of lenders
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements
- Maximize finance income while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Submit deals accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
- Assist sales staff with deal structure and lender guidelines
- Deliver a professional and transparent finance experience
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
Qualifications
- Automotive Finance Manager or Finance Director experience preferred
- Proven track record of finance production and product penetration
- Strong understanding of lender programs and compliance requirements
- Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, and CRM systems preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Nissan experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
