Salary: $18 - $23 per hour (Paid weekly)

True Vision Enterprises, a reputable marketing and sales company located in Orange, CA, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend products or services, and facilitate sales.
Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and utilizing point-of-sale systems.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions to customer concerns.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
