Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics
California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – San Jose, CA
Clinic Address: 3097 Moorpark Ave., Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128

Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic clinic with a focus on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab.

Pay Range:
$35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits
Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Full-time
Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT

  • Follow and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct care to help patients regain strength, function, and mobility

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes

  • Document patient care using a modern EMR system

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations

Services Provided:

  • Orthopedic and sports physical therapy

  • Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

  • Pre- and post-operative rehab

  • Spine and TMJ rehabilitation

  • Vestibular therapy

  • Upper and lower body rehab

  • Work injury rehabilitation

  • Gait and orthotic assessments

  • Weightlifting correctional training

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program

  • Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
