Toker's Guide (tokersguide.com) is a rapidly growing cannabis start-up helping people find the best weed in their area by utilizing reviews from local connoisseurs. As part of a new growth initiative we're helping dispensary clients find and hire candidates for key positions. This description is for a Baltimore area dispensary that's looking for responsible Budtenders to advise their customers, educate them on cannabis products, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Work with a team to help foster a thriving workplace.
Use customer service skills to create a great client experience.
Inform customers about new products and services.
Guide customers through the checkout and payment process.
Complete logs and reports.

Skills

Proven work experience in a relevant customer service role.
Strong knowledge of cannabis (previous work in the industry not required).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
