Job Description
Experience Test Operator (Bilingual)Responsibilities:
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
- Performs the set-up and testing of more complex systems and mechanical assemblies.
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
- Follows test process instructions (TPI).
- Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems.
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating.
Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual preferred.
- Requires at least 6 months of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases.
- Familiarity with computer components and handling.
- Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
- Ability to work on ladders or stools.
- Highschool diploma or GED.

Hours and Compensation:
- Hiring for 2 shifts: 7 am-3:30 pm OR 4 pm-12:30 am.
Pay range: $16.50/hr PLUS $2 swing shift differential if working second shift.
