Job Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Janitorial Independent Contractor to join our team in the facilities services industry. As the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, we specialize in providing janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for our clients. We take pride in being a partner that helps our clients save time and solve problems. With City Wide, you will have the opportunity to work independently as a contractor while benefiting from the support and resources of our established company.


Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
  • Maintain and clean common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and waiting areas.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
    • Valid Business License
    • Worker's Compensation Insurance
    • General Liability Insurance
    • Federal EIN #
    • Other verifiable business
    • 18 years of age minimum
    • Favorable background investigation results
    • You can not be a sole proprietor
