Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including picking, packing, moving pallets, stacking, and wrapping pallets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick products from shelves based on order specifications and pack them securely for shipment.
• Pallet Handling: Efficiently move, stack, and wrap pallets to prepare them for storage or transportation.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and handle the physical demands of the job.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when necessary and adapt to different areas of the warehouse as required.
• Attendance: No appointments or absences allowed within the first 30 days of employment to ensure consistent training and performance.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
