Known for their teamwork and quality craftsmanship, they take pride in delivering high-quality products for a variety of projects.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Fabrication Associate to join their Fence Department. This role involves building gates, cutting materials to size, and assembling products based on order specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using tools, and works well in a team-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFabrication & Assembly
- Build gates and assemble fence components based on order requirements
- Cut and measure materials accurately to specifications
- Use power tools to complete fabrication tasks
- Work closely with team members to complete large projects
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a team setting
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and bending throughout the shift
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots
- Strong measuring and basic math skills
- Experience using power tools preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Consistent daytime schedule
