Job Title: Fabrication Metal PrepLocation: Faribault, MNCompensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: Weekend Shift | Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM- 5:30 PMJob Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Fabrication Metal Prep workers for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products by operating equipment, performing finishing work, and ensuring products meet specifications. If you enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and working in a production environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Fabrication Metal Prep:

Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment
Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Complete and maintain production paperwork, including data entry into Epicor
Use and maintain hand tools to set up, troubleshoot, and operate equipment
Deburr, buff, and polish materials to required specifications
Perform quality inspections and required quality control checks
Review and interpret job orders using Epicor

What You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Metal Prep Role:

2+ years of manufacturing experience required
Ability to read instructions, safely operate machinery, and inspect parts visually
Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness in completing assignments
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to read, write, and understand plant directives in English
Reliable transportation to the Faribault area preferred
