As a Fabrication Production Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience operating production equipment, working with metal fabrication processes and building skills that can lead to long-term career growth.Whether you have prior machine operation experience or are looking to expand your manufacturing knowledge, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.What You'll Do
- Support daily fabrication and production operations
- Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, punches, shears and other machinery
- Assist with CNC machine operations
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Move materials using forklifts, cranes, hoists and other material handling equipment
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
