Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on Fabrication Shop Supervisor to lead a fast-paced ASME code vessel and piping shop. Our client is a well-established Gulf Coast fabrication and machine shop with 45+ years of delivering high-spec pressure vessels, piping, and process equipment to industrial and energy clients. If you’ve built your career on the floor, know how to drive production, and take pride in delivering high-quality work safely and on schedule—this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

Lead welders, fitters, and shop personnel to hit production targets
Ensure all work meets ASME Section VIII & IX standards
Drive safety, quality, and productivity across multiple active jobs
Coordinate with engineering, QC, and project teams
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and keep jobs moving

What You Bring:

5+ years supervising in a fabrication or pressure vessel shop
Strong ASME code experience (vessels and/or piping)
Deep knowledge of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW)
Ability to read prints, manage workflow, and lead from the front
