Generate CNC programs from shop drawings using CAD software and Excel
Operate fabrication equipment such as panel saws, routers, and LAMs
Create assembly drawings to support production processes
Prepare fabrication tickets for metal work operations
Coordinate production requirements including packaging and shipping instructions
Review and revise shop drawings based on production changes
Release complete and accurate production packets to manufacturing
Communicate instructions and updates clearly to production teams

What You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Operator Role:

Must have experience in operating fabrication machinery such as routers, panel saws, or similar equipment
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Must have mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Experience with CAD software and Excel preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with production teams
Must be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in programming
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to production changes
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow technical instructions
